USING THE DICROIC RED POPPY DISC

This disc is used at the 1st Chakra. When in this position its healing energy will is spread throughout the entire chakra system within the divine axis as the kundalini flows up the spine, carrying the discs energy signatures within it.

You may use the disc at the 1st Chakra (the pubic area) or on the back over the coccyx. Use the light of the LED Flashlight, Lamplight, Sun or (your chosen light source)and shine it through the disc unto the body.
